Online registration for Arts & Science Orientation Week 2013 is now open until August 20th, contrary to the instructions given in the Frosh Handbook.
Please be aware that there is a spot reserved for every first year Arts & Science Student, though we would suggest avoiding last-minute registration.
If you need any help or have any questions in regard to Orientation or registration, please e-mail Daniel Goncalves at email@example.com.
If you cannot see the QFROSH app, please use this direct link:
If this does not work, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS:
Please have credit card information ready. Go to my.queensu.ca/web/asus and log into your My Queens account using your net ID.
You should be brought to this screen after logging in with your net ID and password:
Click on “Register for Frosh Week” and carefully fill out the required information. (Note: When it asks you for your projected major, this is only done for the purpose of trying to place you in a frosh group with students who may be in similar classes you’re taking and with student leaders in that major. It has absolutely no affect on deciding what you want your major to be, that is something you are only eligible to decide at the end of your first academic school year. Putting a projected major just means that you can ask questions to people who are taking what you may want to, and make friends with people who you will definitely see in that program’s specific classes. Be aware this process is never perfect, but we do our absolute best!).
Once filled out, click on the Payment tab and make your payment of 108.00. Please be aware there is a service charge of 1.50 for those registering online in advance.
Note: You can go back to QFROSH and make your online payment at a later date, though it is highly suggested you do it all at once, as it is only payment that confirms your spot. However, if you are applying for a bursary, make sure to register without paying.
The Chase Payment page will logout after 15 min.
Once your payment is confirmed, you are officially registered! You will receive an email with a receipt and this will confirm your registration and payment. IMPORTANT: You will only receive a confirmation e-mail once payment has gone through. The “Registration Form Complete” page indicates that all your information has been submitted into our system, and we are just waiting on payment.
