ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ORIENTATION WEEK 2012 IS CLOSED!

If you cannot see the QFROSH app in Step 2, please contact headgael@asus.queensu.ca for a direct link for Orientation Week registration for your particular profile!

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS:

Step One:

Please have credit card information ready.  Go to https://my.queensu.ca and log into your My Queens account using your net ID.

Step Two:

On your homepage, open the grey Options tab in the top right hand corner and click the Add Applications tab.  Click the add button beside QFROSH and add it to your home page.  For more information about adding applications to your portal, click here.

Step Three:

Click on QFROSH, carefully fill out the required information.  (Note:  When it asks you for your projected major, this is only done for the purposes of trying to place you in a frosh group with students of the same projected major and with student leaders in that major).

Step Four:

Once filled out, click on the Payment tab and make your payment of ___.  Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard  Service charge fees apply as follows:  1.59% Visa and 1.63% Master Card.

Note: you will not be able to go back to QFROSH and make your online payment at a later date.

The Chase Payment page will logout after 15 min.

Step Five:

Once your payment is confirmed, you are officially registered!  You will receive an email with a receipt and this will confirm your registration and payment.
